Prof. Dr. Mayank Golpelwar
Mayank Kumar Golpelwar spezialisiert in das Benchmarking, Beratung und interkulturelles Training zur Verbesserung der Effektivität, innovatives Klimas und Arbeitszufriedenheit von vielfältigen Teams.
Seit über 20 Jahren, arbeitet er mit NGOs, Regierungsorganisationen, Universitäten und KMU in Deutschland und Indien zusammen und hat unter anderem sowohl klassische Forschungsprojekte als auch Aktionsforschung im Bereich Folgenabschätzung, Entwicklungspolitik und partizipativem Lernen durchgeführt sowie in Projekten gearbeitet, die von der GTZ, der Weltbank und UNDP unterstützt wurden.
Mayank Golpelwar studierte Physik, Organisationspsychologie, Business Administration und Entwicklungspolitik in Indien und Deutschland und promovierte 2012 an der Universität Bremen in Organisations- und Cross-Cultural-Psychologie.
Seit 2018 ist er Professor für Interkulturelles Management & Interkulturelle Kommunikation an der Fakultät Wirtschaftswissenschaften der Hochschule Bremen.

Mayank Kumar Golpelwar specializes in the benchmarking, consulting and intercultural training of diversity-rich teams to improve their effectiveness, innovative climate and job satisfaction.
He has been working with NGOs, governmental organizations, universities and SMEs in Germany and India for more than 20 years and has carried out classical research projects as well as action research in the field of impact assessment, development policy and participatory learning. He has also worked in projects supported by GTZ, the World Bank and UNDP.
Mayank Golpelwar studied physics, organizational psychology, business administration and development policy in India and Germany and received his doctorate in organizational and cross-cultural psychology from the University of Bremen in 2012.
Since 2018, he is the Professor of Intercultural Management & Intercultural Communication at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the City University of Applied Sciences in Bremen.
